Banglalion Bill Payment Through Robi Ortho

Robi Banglalion Internet Bill Payment Service through mobile phone.

Initially we are providing this service in Dhaka zone. Banglalion internet consumers will be able to recharge their account or pay their bills in following two ways.

A. Through retailer / over the counter:
Banglalion sub-base will go to Robi Ortho logo signed agents with their Banglalion Consumer ID number and request retailer to recharge their internet account or pay postpaid bills by paying cash (BDT) to retailers. Then retailers will send the above request from their duel menu SIM to short code 7878 and the system will debit retailer's Robi Ortho account and credit customer's Banglalion account (subject to successful payment request).

B. Through Customer's Own Robi phone (bill payment wallet):
Customers will go to Robi Robi Ortho logo signed agents to recharge Robi Ortho balance (bill payment) to their Robi Phone (only). After successful recharge customers can send payment request SMS to 7878 then the system will debit customers Robi Ortho balance and recharge customers Banglalion account.

Payment Feature:

1.Consumer ID: Any payment will be executed against unique 8 digit numeric consumer ID.

2. Advance Payment: Banglalion billing system will receive part payment of monthly subscription fee. Up to 3 times of the due bill is acceptable but limited to Tk 10,000 Example: If Customer's bill is Tk 5,000.00 then customer can pay twice his/her bill not thrice but a customer with a bill of Tk 3,000.00 can pay up to Tk 9,000.00 which is thrice the due amount or actual bill.

3.Minimum Payment Amount: Tk. 300

4. Maximum payment Amount: Tk. 10,000

Service Charge:

1.No Service Charge from customers while making payments over the counter / retail outlets.
2.Customers making payment through their own Robi mobile phone's bill payment wallet needs to pay service SMS charge (Tk. 2 +Vat). Only Robi users can avail bill payment wallet in their phone through registration.
