The Bengal tiger, or
Royal Bengal tiger (Panthera tigris tigris), is a tiger subspecies native to
India,
Bangladesh, and some parts of Nepal and Burma. It is a beautiful and sneaky animal. The base color is orange/brown, and white on the cheeks, mouth, eyebrows, and stomach. The tiger also has long black stripes on it. The weight of the tiger can be up to 575 pounds. It is the
national animal of Bangladesh.
